Find a free room
See when each room is open on any day, so you can fit in a private lesson or rehearsal.

The Free rooms page shows the free time in each room for a day, around your scheduled classes and any closures. It's the quickest way to answer "when can we fit in a private lesson?" or "is Studio B free Saturday morning?"
Check a day#
- Open Calendar in the menu, then choose Free rooms.
- It opens on today. Use the arrows or the date box to pick another day. Choose Today to come back.
Each room gets its own card showing:
- The total free time, for example "3 h free", or Booked if there's nothing open.
- Each open time slot, like 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
Only show gaps long enough to use#
Use At least to hide short gaps. Choose 30 min, 1 h, 1 h 30 min or 2 h. For example, set it to 1 h 30 min when you need room for a 90 minute rehearsal.
What counts as open#
Free time is worked out from:
- Your studio's opening hours.
- Every class session already booked in that room.
- Any closures on that day.
If you see Nothing open this day, the studio is closed that day or every room is fully booked.
No rooms showing?#
If you see No rooms yet, add your rooms first. Choose Add a room, or see Set up rooms and teachers.
