With FrontRow
- Level-based sign-ups
- Open gym on class packs
- Camps by the day or week
Families only see the classes their child can join
Give each class a required level and an age range. When a parent signs Mia up, Level 4 and the preschool class never appear, and the full Monday class offers the waitlist instead of a spot that isn't there.
- Ages measured on a date you choose, not the day the parent registers
- Full classes take a waitlist in order, and an opening can go straight to the next family
- Make-up credits only book into a class at the same level
- Rec, pre-team and team classes side by side, each with its own tuition
Open gym that runs itself at the desk
Run open gym, ninja night or parent-and-tot as a drop-in series. Families book and pay in the portal or use a class pack, and the front desk checks them in from one list.
- Class packs of 5 or 10 visits that can expire and be shared within a family
- Pay per visit online, or book now and pay at the desk
- Capacity holds, so a busy Friday stops at the number you set
- Close for the night and each visit goes back on the family's pack
Attendance from the side of the floor
Coaches tap through the roster on a phone as kids arrive. Allergies and medical notes sit right on the roster, and marks stay on screen when the back gym loses Wi-Fi.
- Trials, make-ups and drop-ins are labelled, so new faces get noticed
- Parents report absences ahead of time from the portal
- A reported absence earns a make-up credit under the policy you set
Set up the way a gym already runs
Floors and rooms
Main floor, tumbling room, trampoline area. Each has its own capacity, and a clash check runs before anything is saved.
Camps
Summer and holiday camps as their own program, priced by the day, by the week or for the whole camp.
Meet weekends
Close a floor or the whole building for a meet, and choose whether families get a credit for the missed class.
Tuition that fits the class
Monthly autopay for rec classes, per-term installments for team, and a per-visit price for open gym.
One login for all of it.

Switching from iClassPro or Jackrabbit?
Both have their own import. Your classes, athletes and balances come across mapped and checked, and you see a dry run before anything counts.

Cards back on file without the phone calls
Every family without a card gets a text and email with a link to add one in the portal, and reminders until they do.
Check it before it counts
A validation report and a dry run show the result first, and the whole import can be rolled back.
Nobody is charged until you say so
Your first billing run waits for your approval, after balances are reconciled and old autopay is off.
Common questions
Can open gym, camps and classes share one calendar?
Yes. Weekly classes, camps, summer sessions and drop-in series like open gym all sit on the same calendar, with clash checks across every floor and room.
Can siblings share a class pack?
Yes. A pack can be shared within a family, and you can set it to expire after a set time.
Do you track skills and progressions?
Not yet. Levels work on classes and enrollment, but there's no skill-by-skill record per athlete. We'd rather tell you now than after you switch.
Can we run more than one location?
Not in one account yet. Several floors and rooms in one building work well. A second site needs its own account today.
