Pricing questions
What does it cost to take payments?
Nothing extra from us. Payments run on your own Stripe account with you as merchant of record, and we take no application fee. You pay Stripe's standard processing fees directly. If your state allows it, you can pass card costs on as a surcharge: credit cards only, never debit, prepaid or bank transfer, and capped.
Is there a free trial?
You can sign up and set the whole thing up without entering a card: rooms, your season, classes, tuition plans. You only need to connect Stripe when you want to take real money.
What happens when we outgrow a plan?
You move up. Nothing is deleted or locked away in the meantime, and your data is exportable in full at any point.
How hard is it to move off our current system?
This is the part we've built most carefully. There are import profiles for seven named systems, plus any CSV, with column mapping, a validation report and a dry run, and a rollback if the result is wrong. A card request texts and emails every family without a card a link to add one in the portal, with reminders until they do, and a cutover checklist freezes the old system, reconciles balances, confirms the old autopay is off and holds your first billing run until you approve it.
Do you charge per staff member?
Starter includes two staff accounts, Growth includes ten, and Pro is unlimited. Teachers, front desk, admins and owners each have their own role and permissions.
Can we cancel?
Yes, and take your data with you. A full export is available to the account owner at any time.
