For swim schools
Make-ups that book themselves.
Swim lessons run on levels, small groups and a lot of missed weeks. FrontRow keeps every swimmer in a class at their level, lets parents book their own make-ups, and holds every class to the ratio you set.

With FrontRow
- Make-ups parents book
- Classes held to your ratio
- A level on every class
Parents book their own make-ups, at the right level
Ava's parent reports Tuesday's absence in the portal. A make-up credit lands on her account under your policy, and she can only book it into a Level 2 class that still has room.
- Absences reported ahead of time from the portal
- Make-up credits under the policy you set
- Credits only book into a class at the same level
- The front desk sees every make-up on the roster
Small groups, kept small
Set each class's capacity to your ratio. When the 4:30 Level 1 class is full, the next family joins the waitlist, and an opening goes straight to them.
- Pools and lanes set up as rooms, each with its own capacity
- Ages measured on a date you choose, so parent-and-tot stays parent-and-tot
- Classes that require a level, so families only see the ones that fit
- Instructors take attendance on deck from their phone
Set up the way a swim school runs
Year-round billing
Monthly autopay for ongoing lessons, or a price per session, chosen class by class.
Pool closures
Close the pool for maintenance or a meet, and choose whether families get a credit.
Summer sessions
Summer swim runs as its own program, apart from the school year.
Safety on deck
Medical notes, allergies and emergency contacts on the roster before the lesson starts.
One login for all of it.
Lessons, levels and make-ups live in one place, so a change in one shows up everywhere else. Nobody types a swimmer in twice.

Coming from iClassPro or Jackrabbit?

Cards back on file without the phone calls
Every family without a card gets a text and email with a link to add one in the portal, and reminders until they do.
Check it before it counts
A validation report and a dry run show the result first, and the whole import can be rolled back.
Nobody is charged until you say so
Your first billing run waits for your approval, after balances are reconciled and old autopay is off.
Common questions
Do you track skills and level progress?
Not yet. Levels work on classes and enrollment, but there's no skill checklist or progress report per swimmer. We'd rather tell you now than after you switch.
Can we book private lessons?
Not yet. Group lessons work today. Booking one-on-one lessons is coming with appointment scheduling.
Can we run more than one location?
Not in one account yet. Several pools and lanes in one building work well. A second site needs its own account today.
