How switching works

    Every family without a card gets a text and email with a link to add one in the portal, and reminders until they do.

  • Check it before it counts

    A validation report and a dry run show the result first, and the whole import can be rolled back.

  • Nobody is charged until you say so

    Your first billing run waits for your approval, after balances are reconciled and old autopay is off.

Common questions

Can we book private lessons?

Not yet. FrontRow runs group classes today. Private lesson booking is coming with appointment scheduling, and we'll say so here when it's ready.

Do you track instrument rentals?

No. You can sell books and gear in the store, but there's no rental tracking.

Can parents pay for the term in installments?

Yes. Term tuition can be split into installments on autopay, or billed monthly, chosen class by class.
