Registration and enrollment

Make signing up the easiest part.

Give families a simple, seamless way to register, choose classes, and pay online. Manage trials, waitlists, and follow-ups automatically, so you can spend less time on paperwork and more time filling classes.

One checkout for the whole family

A parent with a gymnast and a cheerleader picks classes for each child, creates the account, signs your waivers and pays, all in one sitting on a phone.

  • The full price is shown before payment, with fees, sibling discounts and promo codes itemised
  • Your own questions are asked in the flow: shirt size, allergies, a measurement, a date
  • Waivers are signed by typed name, with the version and time stored
  • A card saved at checkout is ready for autopay on day one

From trial class to enrolled, mostly on its own

Trials are where most new families start. FrontRow follows up so the front desk doesn't have to remember who came in on Tuesday.

  1. 1

    They book a trial

From your website, a trial form on the site you already have, or a Facebook ad.

  2. 2

    You mark attendance

Attended, no-show or still deciding. Each one starts its own follow-up track.

  3. 3

    Follow-up runs

A thank-you text a couple of hours after class, an email a few days later, timed the way you set it.

  4. 4

    It stops when they enroll

The moment the family signs up, the sequence ends. Nobody gets a nudge after they've paid.

More ways in

  • Waitlists

People wait in order. When a spot opens they get an offer with a deadline, and the next family is asked if it lapses.

  • Drop-ins and open gym

Families book and pay for a single session themselves, no enrollment needed.

  • Levels and ages

Each class can require a level and an age range, so families only see the classes that fit their child.

  • Embeds

Keeping your current website? Add your schedule, a register button or a trial form to it.

Know which families might not come back

Every morning, each family gets a withdrawal-risk score built from plain rules: missed classes in a row, failed payments, not re-enrolled, falling attendance, unread messages. You can see exactly which rules added up.

  • A backtest shows how well the score predicted the families who actually left
  • Season roll-over copies this term's classes into the next and holds seats for returning students
  • Held spots show up in the parent portal, and claiming one takes a tap
  • Possible duplicate families are flagged at signup for staff to merge or dismiss

Push the classes that still have room

Instead of a blank email, you get a ranked list of under-filled classes and the families worth telling about each one, with copy drafted, a tracked link and an optional promo code.

  • Results count registrations and tuition, along with sends and clicks
  • Waitlist auto-fill can make the offer the moment a spot opens
  • Trial bookings, drop-ins and website enquiries all land in one leads list

Common questions

Can we ask our own questions at signup?

Yes. Add custom fields to families, students or guardians as text, numbers, dates, dropdowns or measurements. Waivers are versioned, so when you change one, families are asked to sign the new version the next time they sign in.

Do we have to use your website to take registrations?

No. There's a hosted registration page, and you can embed the schedule, a register button or a trial form in the site you already have.

What stops two families taking the last spot?

Capacity is checked at enrollment. Once a class is full, the next family goes onto the waitlist in order.

Can returning families keep their spot for next season?

Yes. When you roll the season over, returning students get a held spot with a deadline. Families claim it from the portal or from a link, without signing in.
