- When your browser asks, allow notifications.

On an iPhone#
iPhones only show notifications from apps on the home screen, so add FrontRow there first:

- Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
- Open FrontRow from the new icon on your home screen.
- Follow the steps above to turn on notifications.
Choose what you hear about#
Under Notify me about, tick the things you want alerts for:
- New messages
- Payment problems
- Class cancellations and changes
Your choices are saved as soon as you tick or untick a box.
Turn notifications off#
On the same page, select Turn off. This only stops notifications on the device you're using.
Not getting notifications?#
- If you see a message that notifications are blocked, allow them for FrontRow in your browser or phone settings, then select Turn on notifications again.
- If you see This browser doesn't support notifications, try a different browser, or add FrontRow to your home screen on an iPhone.
- Check that your phone isn't in a focus or do not disturb mode.
